I've had Ultimate out to two different homes to do complete system replacements. Both times I got proposals from three authorized Carrier dealers and both times Ultimate provided the best sales experience and the best price. Install day was a breeze\- the crew showed up on time, laid down protective plastic and complete the tear out and replacement in one day. After the work was complete, they went over the features of the new system in great details. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

While this was a new installation, I also appreciate their preventive maintenance program which allows me to stay informed each year on the condition of my HVAC equipment and plan for future needs. Ultimate Heating \& Cooling has superb knowledge of HVAC systems and has excellent skills, expertise and customer service skills, which they demonstrated in replacing my old HVAC system that had two furnaces and outdoor cooling system components. The upstairs furnace was in the attic, which was a difficult area to do the installation work. All of the work done by this dealer was excellent, including the post installation communications with me and their cleanup of the work areas.

After another company that was through a home improvement store said we were "too far" and no installers were near us, they canceled. I had a customer who was wearing his work shirt and we happened to be talking about me needing an a/c unit installed and the rest is history.

The team at Ultimate Heating and Cooling were very professional and understand to our situation. Our home furnace had some bigger issue than had previously been fixed by another HVAC contractor. We were referred to Ultimate H\&C by a friend and reached out to them right away. They inspected the problems and gave us some options on repairs or replacement. We decided to replace the 15year old furnace in lieu of fixing it again. Their response to get a replacement installed was really quick and mindful of our needs as there was going to be a change in the weather and a large temp drop. We highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC or A/C repairs or replacement.

I really liked them, especially Kyle and Brittany. I had to deal with a different HVAC Company at my small business ( bc the landlord chose them) and Ultimate was 100% better! They are nice when they answer the phone. The technicians know what they are doing! I heard about them from a friend.

Found them on bbb.org. Ultimate truly CARES about their clients. They are incredibly thorough, honest and they had our best interest at heart even when it didn't benefit them!!! We interviewed many HVAC companies. They are hands down the best.

UHC has great technicians! They're efficient and eager to make sure everything is completed (neatly) before leaving. The office team is also fantastic. They're responsive, friendly, and helpful.

We had quotes from several other companies who all said it would be challenging to install two minisplit units in our old home. Ultimate Heating and Cooling has a can\-do attitude and did the work beautifully! Great people.

Kyle took special time and effort to explain the system to us, ensuring that we understood the fancy thermostat and helping us set it up on wi\-fi, including on our smart phone!! Ultimate heating and cooling are the best! Kyle submitted a proposal of three different furnaces which we could choose from, and took extra time to explain the differences between them. Air Conditioner replacement

I have been extremely impressed with the attention to detail, professionalism, courtesy and promptness of UHC! They have gone above and beyond in their customer service and helped make the transition to my new home a lot smoother. I wish I could say that of all aspects of my move! (Since I have neither used heat nor AC at this time, I cannot rate the products as such, but am pleased with the aesthetics of the wall\-mounted units much more than I had expected.)
