The work crew that installed the furnaces worked well together and were friendly and professional.

Timberline installed my AC unit and I couldn't be happier! Every employee that I encountered was polite, professional and helpful. The thermometer went out on my heater before the install of my AC unit. I called the office and asked what kind of thermometer I should buy to replace this old one? Timberline immediately sent out a service employee and installed a new thermometer. I was not scheduled to install the new Ac unit until March due to weather conditions. I really appreciated them taking care of the thermometer in December before Christmas and the actual install. After the installation of my ac unit I thought I heard a whistle! I ignored it. I chalked it up to getting older and developing Tinnitus. My husband who is very hard of hearing said he heard a whistle. Timberline happened to call at that moment and I told the secretary about it. She said she'd call me right back and she did. She said Joe would be by in a few minutes to check it out! Joe came by about 10 minutes later, made a quick adjustment and there is no more whistling! That was customer service at it's finest! They have a great team at Timberline and I recommend their services. I am confidant they will be in charge of heating and air conditioning in my home!
