Completely WOW'd by their service, expertise and professionalism! This was a complete HVAC Redo — A/C, Furnace, Ducting and new Smart Thermostat. Got several bids, but theirs was far and away the best, and not only that, it's all too\-rated Carrier Equipment with 10\-yr equipment warranties! They also gave a 2\-yr labor warranty and 1\-yr complimentary service!! Top\-Notch Crew — all so knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of property — they put covers on our wood floors to prevent scratching and even cleaned up afterwards. They did all the work in One Day!!!!

Highly recommend Mission Viejo Heating and Air for AC installation! Our house had no central AC at all and have heard great things from 2 of our family members who also got their AC installed by Mission Viejo Heating and Air. So we ended up getting a new unit installed as well as replacing all air ducts. Above and beyond great job to the team! From planning including getting city permit, to installation, and post installation last minute minor changes per city inspector, they showed up and delivered! The City inspector/HERS inspector even said the work Mission Viejo Heating and Air provided is top tier compared to other vendors out there. The team was very professional and very clean during the installation. The work took about 1\-2 days and was very seamless. Throughout the entire process, I was always informed on next steps. Mission Viejo Heating and Air, lived up to their reviews and did a fantastic job of repairing our AC system. Their technician Martin performed a careful diagnosis. Finding the problem, he was patient to explain the situation and give us options on how to proceed without upselling us for repairs we didn't need. Their quote was in\-line with other companies and so we had them perform the repairs. Leo was sent install a new Carrier A/C condenser and Ecobee Smart Thermostat. He was very courteous and explained the function of the new system and controller unit. It's nice to have the Ecobee Smart Sensor for added temperature comfort in the babies room. Throughout the process Mission Viejo Heating \& Air kept great communication and was on time to appointments. We definitely felt comfortable working with them and will use them again for future heating and A/C needs.
