The installation went very well. There was (IMO) inadequate hand-over after the installation. For instance, there was no instruction on the operation of the control. I also requested certain information several times to no avail, and it turned out AirMaxx had the wrong email address and apparently didn't check their returned email logs.

The installer are great ..they are the son \& dad tandem ..from Airmaxx,,they are very knowledgaeable..just two complaint,,Edgar the one who promise to come after the installation and promise to inspect the installation in the afternoon didn't comeback to our house..and the second complaint is until now they haven't inspect the duct for city inspection \& permit..
