What I like the most about Brad is that he took the time to explain what he would do, laying out in a diagram what he felt needed to be done. Which made sense.

The young lady that assisted me in the appointment was friendly and accomidating.

I called on May 5th and spoke with a representative to schedule an appointment for today at 11am. When I called to follow-up on the status of the technician, I was told that I was not in the system and did not have an appointment scheduled. I went back through my voicemails, emails and call log to confirm that I had spoken to someone and confirmed that I had. Wasted my wife's time, as she was sitting at the house, waiting for the technician to arrive all morning. Poor customer service and follow-up.

Company can't handle amount of services knowing its summer, unbelievable! Can't get anyone to hook up AC until 10 days from now? Wow!
