We had a new heat pump and air exchanger installed and Rolando and his assistant were professional, very hard working, and cleaned up after the install. Very good people to work wit and great product.

The three man crew was great. They were willing to answer any questions we had, but were otherwise working every second. They cleaned up after themselves and left the site neat and tidy. My neighbor Ty Calton, on Via Del Palo is a customer of yours, and had new heat pumps installed several month before. I noticed on one of your business cards that he would be eligible for a nice cash referral bonus. Please make sure he gets it!

Happy with Western States with the installation of my carrier heat pump system. Steve and installers exceeded my expectations. I wasn't prepared for the expense to replace and install my new system, but hoping in the long run that I will see reduced utility bills as a result.

Western States Home services told me a day and time they would be at my home, and they kept to their word. They also got the job done in a timely manner, during one of the hotter days in May.
