Kennedy installed our first heat and air unit when we built our house in 2003. They have always maintained unit with twice yearly checks and have always been available when need arose for any issues. When it was time to replace old unit after 16+ years Kennedy installed new Carrier air and heat unit. Works better that expected and service was exceptional!

I've had a service contract with Kennedy for several years. In addition to the twice\-a\-year inspection and maintenance visits, they have always been prompt and reliable the few times I've had any problems with my old system. Through their efforts and at minimal cost, the life of this system was extended beyond its original life expectancy. When the furnace conked out last year and the a/c this year after over 20 years of pretty hard use, Kennedy replaced both, quickly and efficiently and at a very good price. While aware of other good dealers in the area and receiving proposals from some of them, I am well satisfied with the years of experience I've had with this dealer. Highly recommend.

I can't say I had the best experience of all time, but I did have a good one. We had called out to have a technician look at our A/C during the middle of the summer. The tech came out, found an issue and made a $600 fix on one of our units (we have 2), a day later the second one flat broke. We called back the dealer back out and without any troubleshooting, said it needed to be replaced. We had the sales manager come out and looked at everything and found there were holes in how our situation was handled, that air from the first unit was still leaking and not handled the first time, and that the entire second unit needed to be replaced. And the sales guy made it right by helping out on our bill. And the install techs made it right by going above and beyond on our install. So far I'm very happy with the replaced equipment and happy to have had a bad front end experience be fixed with hopefully another a/c that will get us 30 years!
