Bennings Heating and Air is a 5 star business. Mark and his crew have never had us waiting for service. When we call with a problem, they are here within a couple of hours and we are always pleased with that service. He has a knowledgeable and a very hard working crew. Also, When Mark (Owner) needs to be on the scene, as he was with our last issue, he is here, making sure everything is right. He is hands on. This is very unusual in a lot of today's owner/operator's relationship with customer's. On the afternoon of Thursday 8/11, our old Carrier unit was destroyed by our ongoing power failures and surges, due to Entergy's cutbacks and lack of modernizing equipment. Anyway, a Bennings serviceman was here within a couple of hours of our call, only to find the unit was no longer able to function. So, Mark got on it, found us a great deal on a new unit and it was installed and running before 10am on Friday 8/12, the very next morning. I would like to include a story here, where we had a breakdown with a unit, years ago, in the winter. Our children were very young and we desperately needed heat. We called Bennings, Mark shuffled some calls to get to us asap. Why? Because he knew we had little kids and I quote, "You guys have children, let me move a couple of jobs around, so we can get you some heat for those kids". We will never forget that, and that is 1 of many reasons we will always recommend Bennings Heat and Air to any and everyone, who may ask for a recommendation.

I was referred by Justin Stewart at Shelter Insurance. I called first thing in the morning and to my surprise they told me they would try and work me in as soon as possible. I figured it would be late in the day but they called to say they were on their way before noon. And of course it was my AC not working on one of the hottest days this year. My unit was bad, but they ordered one and put it in the next morning by 9 AM!! They were amazing to work with and would defiantly recommend!

Our ac went kaput after 34 years during the hottest week of the year. Bennings came out the same day I called and after checking the unit it was determined we needed a new one. This was on a Friday. They were back before 8 am Monday morning and did not stop working until we had cool air again. They were very professional and polite.

Existing units were 34 years old and although still operational they were at their end of life and needed replacing. Requested salesman come by and submit bid which he did promptly. Concerned with exposure to virus with multiple people in and out of house, but interior units were in attic and only inhouse work was installation of thermostats and that was done quickly. One team worked on outside condensing units while another replaced attic units. Bonus items included new drain pan for existing newer high efficiency furnace and insulating some existing inlet ductwork which hadn't been insulated at original installation. Also two new smart Ecobee thermostats were installed which was not mentioned in original quote. All work was completed within two days and area was cleaned including removal of old equipment. Work was professionally done and installation looks good. We are very pleased with overall job and would highly recommend Bennings to anyone needing HVAC equipment for new installation or replacement. In our rural case they are just down the road a few miles and are highly respected in the community. If we need service, they should be here in a few minutes.
