Big improvement over my 20 yo Lennox. Bigger than I expected.

My room temperature is nearly always perfect. Add to that, it is whisper quiet; I can barely tell when it is running.
Would not purchase

This unit hasn't even been installed for a year and we have had people come out to fix leaks at least 7 times. The new freak, R454 is problematic as it is expensive and not many people have it. The air doesn't seem as cool when it works and it runs for a while before the upstairs cools. No way would I purchase this product again. I thought Carriers were supposed to be top of the line, but we have had nothing but issues.
