Thomas Donato is President, Climate Solutions Europe for Carrier. In this role, he is responsible for driving profitable growth through digitally enabled lifecycle solutions and a multi-brand, multi-tier channel strategy across the region.

Thomas is a global business leader with nearly 30 years of experience leading industrial technology businesses, driving transformation, delivering growth and building high-performing teams. He joined Carrier from Bosch Power Tools, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he held senior executive leadership positions at Bosch Rexroth, Rockwell Automation and ABB.

Thomas holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and automation technology from the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, Germany.
