Round Damper with VVT® Zone Controller

The VVT round zone damper with the VVT Zone controller is a component of Carrier’s i-Vu Building Automation System. It provides accurate and precise airflow for VVT applications. The factory-integrated VVT Zone controller maintains space temperature by modulating the proper amount of supply airflow through its damper.
The Carrier Round Damper with VVT® Zone Controller (OPNDR) is designed for VVT zoning applications that require accurate airflow modulation at the zone level. With a factory‑integrated controller, the damper helps maintain space temperature by adjusting supply air volume as part of the i‑Vu® Building Automation System.

Features
An integral supply air temperature sensor supports real‑time control decisions at the zone level. This built‑in sensing reduces the need for external components and enables the system to respond quickly to changing conditions, improving overall comfort and control accuracy.
The OPNDR supports clockwise or counterclockwise damper rotation, along with configurable minimum and maximum damper positions. This flexibility simplifies design and installation while allowing airflow limits to be tailored to specific zone requirements. Optional analog output capability supports actuator linking when needed.
The Round Damper with VVT® Zone Controller OPNDR provides precise, configurable airflow control for VVT zoning applications using an integrated controller.
