The VAV Zone II Single Duct controller provides zone level temperature and air quality control for a variety of pressure-independent VAV applications. This advanced controller features a separable actuator for easy installation onto single duct air terminals. It also features native BACnet communications and plug-andplay connectivity to the Carrier i-Vu Building Automation System.
Features
The OPN‑VAVB1‑02 supports multiple heating options, including hot water, electric heat, and perimeter heat, allowing it to fit a wide range of VAV designs. Built‑in routines for humidity control and demand‑controlled ventilation help support indoor air quality goals and ASHRAE® 62 strategies without added complexity.
Native BACnet MS/TP or ARCnet communication enables straightforward integration into the i‑Vu system or other BACnet environments. The separable actuator and factory‑tested control programs speed installation, testing, and balancing, helping reduce startup time and labor costs.
The OPN‑VAVB1‑02 provides pressure‑independent single‑duct VAV zone control with native BACnet and seamless integration into Carrier i‑Vu systems.
