We had several estimates for this job, and were most pleased with the sales representative's candid response to our questions. We wanted to utilize the original interior pipelines rather than create another, more visible mounting. The sales rep agreed to this, provided the lines were shown to be supportive of the new system; after the troubleshooting investigation, this set\-up proved to be viable. From the installation to the follow\-up cosmetic repair surrounding our wall mounted unit, the technicians were considerate of our home, and expert in the process of removal of our old unit, and replacement with the new Carrier unit. Since the new unit was of a different size, there was a substantial gap surrounding the installation. The service tech repaired our off white wall in a manner that would defy anyone to see any evidence of said repair. It was a seamless, perfect job. He did this in phases, which were painstakingly executed, and meticulous in the outcome. Not only is our new unit far more efficient and quiet than the one it replaced, but it has a streamlined appearance. Burkholder's lived up to its well\-deserved reputation.
