The installation went well. The installers were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a complete HVAC system installed in my condominium. The salesman could have been more accurate in measuring the location for the new equipment. My condominium had a 29\-30 year old system that was removed and the new system had to be installed in the same place due to condominium association rules. The salesmen Dan wanted to install the A/C unit which was bigger than the previous unit in a spot not where the original unit was. This caused a delay in the installation and a new A/C unit from Johnson Controls in Middlesex County had to be substituted for the previous Payne A/C unit. I was given another unit by York which was actually an upgrade to the previous unit ordered. After some negotiations, the original contract price was honored. If I had not insisted that the A/C be placed in the original spot and another unit substituted that would fit in the original location , I would have violated condominium bi\-laws and possibly been stuck with the cost of removing and replacing the new unit with one the correct size. Also a 50 gallon tank was installed when originally my condominium had a 40 gallon tank. After some research, I discovered a 40 gallon hot water tank would have been sufficient. The sales people of Edison Heating \& Cooling ,in my opinion need to honor condominium rules and advise the homeowner if the company cannot install equipment in the original location.

Edison Heating \& Cooling sent 3 guys to handle removing an old AC system and installing a new one: Wayne, Shawn and Dan. Our attic crawl space is very small so it was a challenging project.
