Verified PurchaseUrgent concerns concerning furnace installation.

Sales and Installation Process: My initial appointment was specifically for an air exchanger. During the consultation, my wife and I felt pressured to purchase a furnace as well. Despite requesting a second opinion, JP Walker used high pressure sales tactics on an all-in-one installation on Monday, 5/12, emphasizing the need for duct cleaning to avoid “permanent furnace damage.” He stated that duct cleaning would be done first; however, this never occurred. The furnace was installed without duct cleaning, leaving it full of debris from the old ductwork. JP’s analogy—comparing this to installing a new engine in a car without changing the oil—highlights the seriousness of the oversight. Additionally, Francisco had to leave suddenly due to a personal tragedy, which created confusion and led to substandard work by the technicians who completed the installation the following day.
ervice and Cleanup: The installation cleanup was inadequate. Debris and screws were left on the front porch, a staple was found in our living room, and insulation was left in our downstairs theatre. These oversights suggest the work was rushed or incomplete, leaving me concerned about the overall quality of the installation.
