Builder chose this product. Was problem with fan 9 months later. Installer replaced and did bad Builder chose this product. Fan failed 9 months later. Installer replaced and failed few weeks later. Installer worked on it again and so far ok. During lifetime had 2 other brand furnaces in 2 other houses. Never had a problem with such a new furnace. Disappointing. Don’t like ecobee. Replaced with traditional thermostat.

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
2. 20-year heat exchanger parts limited warranty when used in an owner-occupied residence. See warranty certificate for details.
This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
