Intellisense Fan Coil

Unit was installed in June 2025 and worked very well in cooling mode all summer. However in November 2025 after just a few hours of runtime in heat mode a number of control system and fan components failed. The install company made the necessary repairs and although the system performed well most of the winter in heat mode, it exhibited periods of short cycling. After multiple service calls by the install company, we are not sure if the problem in heat mode has been fully resolved as we are now in cooling mode season again.

Rating I don’t know what a fan coil with intelligence technology is. All I know is I sprung for the top of the line and it sucked the best it would do to dehumidifier was 71% so now I have some stage two which they finally put it and everything‘s fine.
