Furnace Installation

Jeff Kitt was one of the best guys I have ever worked with. He was kind, considerate, and listened to my concerns and did his best to meet our needs. The team that came in to do the actual job did a good job. My only complaint was they did not ask me if I wanted the furnace and destroyed it (I actually was going to put it in my garage) however, that is of a small concern. They were efficient and got us up and running the same day! Jeff did a phenomenal job and Powder River is lucky to have such a conscientious and caring team member.

Both technicians were pleasant and professional. The head technician was obviously knowledgeable and very efficient. They were respectful of our house (no dinged walls while pulling out and bringing in units), and they left the area clean both days they worked. Pleasant personalities \~ approachable and informative.

We've put up with a mediocre furnace and air conditioning system for years \- the contractor that built our house was obviously trying to cut corners and save money. Erik with Powder River Heating and Air Conditioning in Buffalo, WY provided a competitive bid on a top\-of\-the\-line Carrier Infinity system. Wow!! You don't really realize what you've been putting up with until you have some really good equipment! The crew from Powder River that installed our system were great \- they showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. Following the installation, Erik stopped by personally and gave us instruction on how to use the system. The final bill was exactly what was quoted. All in all, very impressive! I would recommend Erik Burden and Powder River Heating and Air conditioning to anyone wanting quality equipment properly installed at a competitive price \- everything you could ask for and more!
