Greiber was very consultative with their solutions. They gave us multiple options and helped us pick the right one for us. They were able to install quickly and it was all done in less than a day.

Grieber was great working with us as the federal ratings and incentives were rolled out. We came up with a general plan and decided on a model once the federal incentives were finalized. The crew updated the existing furnace and installed the new heat pump.

Diagnosed problem after regular work day, provided options still later that night, came next morning with assistant and all required equipment for new H/ACH installation, completed by 4 pm, with initial wifi thermostat set÷up and registration done; all paperwork completed by office manager. Greiber did an outstanding job, with prompt service, careful installation, attention to back entry and masking due to Covid 19, explaining the system, returning to fix noise in damper, and spotless clean up. I was disappointed that the repair of the noisy damper was not listed on the warranty, therefore, I will be billed for that part, even though it is a vital part of the operation of the furnace, and should be covered, as all the other vital parts are.

We had extra work that needed to be done and they stayed until it was all complete rather then having to come back another day to finish. Very much appreciated.

Greiber did a fantastic job from the quote to the installation and walk thru of the new hardware. Very happy so far, we will see how the HVAC system fares as we get more extreme WI weather, but great so far.

We woke up to no heat on one of the coldest days of the year. Business owner came right out showed us our options and had a new furnace installed by early afternoon. They filled out all of our rebate forms for us so all we had to do was mail them in.

Devon Grieber is a Carrier expert and also a professional sheet metal craftsman. When we replaced our old 2000 Infinity with the improved 2018 Infinity Greiber Heating handled the job efficiently in less than a day. The job site was clean and orderly, with several improvements to the overall furnace area. The new WI\-FI control system was easy to adjust to with Devon's demonstration and training. I can control the entire system from my iPhone.

Devon was great to work with, informative, and went out of his way to explain the product. Would definitely use this company again.

Replaced a 24 year old furnace and added a humidifier. Also replaced an existing air conditioner.

old air conditioner (a different brand)has been hanging on for the last couple of years given the age decided it was time to replace before it died completely. The new carrier was highly recommended. old furnace (a different brand) was still working but not efficiently also given the age decided to replace at the same time so both new units were installed in one day and are compatible and more efficient

We had Greiber H\&SM install the top of the Carrier line gas furnace and air conditioner. The install replaced the orginal Carrier furnace and AC unit when we built our house in 1995. Carrier provided us a great HVAC system and the replacement keeps the our home very comfortable. The system is very quiet. Great working with Greiber all these years. I highly recommend Carrier and Greiber H\&SM.

The old air conditioner that came with our new house was not working. We called the home warranty company who sent Greiber Heating to take a look at it. The air conditioner had to be replaced. Options were explained to us and a new air conditioner was in place quickly. Greiber handled all the details with the warranty company.
