The three technicians were courteous, professional and thorough. They were on time and kept on schedule. Installations and explanations were great, clean up was complete, no evidence they were even there except for the upgraded equipment.

He noted that once the furnace was turned back on, the thermostat reset and was online again. He suggested if it happens again to just power the furnace off and on again. Well it was offline the next day, and i realized that the only time i need remote access is when i am not home! So I think that issue is still unresolved. To clarify, when i see the error code on the thermostat and tap it, it shows Network status: Connected. MyInfinity Data Server: not connected. MyInfinity OTA Server: not connected.
If this could be fixed, i would be grateful, but i don't think it is worth going to great lengths. Thanks!
