After 21 years of using the same furnace we decided it might be time for a new furnace and humidifier. The two electricians did a professional installation. They explained the process and the amount of time it would take to install. They did a great job.

The guys at Arts are always prompt and do great work. When our previous furnace was having issues they came out to service it anytime of day, even though they didn't sell the brand I had. When it was time to replace the system they again were there right away to size and quote the replacement system needed. They even came back twice to make adjustments to the old system until the new one could be installed! Anytime I have heating or air conditioning questions or issues I will call them!!

The ONLY reason we went with Carrier is because that is what Art's Electric carries; I found out the brand AFTER contacting Art's, who we've trusted with all of our work for nearly 32 years. I am definitely not happy with Carrier for moving so many U.S. jobs out of our country. No matter the brand Art's worked with, that would be the brand we would have now. Also, this survey is very strangely worded \- the above "would you recommend this product" \- does it refer to the Carrier product, or to the dealer (they are not a "product")? I am only recommending the dealer, NOT Carrier or its products.
