I had a problem with my old system. I called three companies, Entek that installs only Carrier, was the only one that showed up. We were having some unusually hot weather and cooling systems were going down all over town. Parts were hard to get and it took some time but they did a great job. I would hire them again, very professional.

The existing gas furnace needed replacement in the home we just purchased. Entek was the local Carrier dealer in Longview WA. Called and Dennis came out and reviewed our options and assessed the installation. He sent us a a very competitive bid that didn't break the bank. The technicians were easy to work with, professional, competent and timely. Nikki is a pleasure to work with and we would recommend to anyone. with HVAC needs.

Absolutely wonderful to work with!!! My sales person Jeff Goff was THE BEST!! I appreciated that he took he time to sit down and explain the 2 different units that were available for our house size, the differences, which he thought would be the best for our needs, left me the info brochures on both tho go thru to go thru later to refresh my memory in the units. He thoroughly explained the warranties, the process and was available if I had any other questions, and gave me a bid. I had 2 other bids and the reps came in took their info, left and emailed me the bid and brochures which I had to download. I feel if I'm spending 4K+ you can at least leave me a brochure. Entek was my first bid and I knew I would be going with them before I even had the bid from the other 2 companies as I was so impressed with Jeff's quality salesmanship! You have a GREAT EMPLOYEE Also Jason and Evo who did the installation were amazing! Efficient, pleasant, and kept me apprised of their progress. Was SO happy Jason thoroughly walked me through the working of the new thermostat and made sure I understood how to set it. The office ladies I dealt with were wonderful! Contacted me, got everything set up for times that worked for me, kept me updated on what and when. Thank you ladies!!!
