Steve and the other installers were very courteous and professional. They took care to make sure the new connections to the heat pump were low enough so our son could put the section of sidewalk that he removed prior to All Season's installation back in place afterwards.

This equipment was installed in a residential rental home. Jeff handled making arrangements with the tenant pre\-inspection of the old system; installation of the new equipment and registering the the system for me. Jeff even made me aware of a couple of rebates for the energy efficient system and thermostat. His customer service was outstanding. My tenant was very happy with the quality of the service and the politeness of the crew members.

I shopped around with 5 installers in my area and All Seasons was the best value for the best value for a modern variable speed system that was eligible for federal tax benefits, which Jeff at All Seasons informed me of. All Seasons has been very responsive to all of my questions and was quick to make fine tuning adjustments to ensure that our new touch screen thermostat was setup and operating properly. The Carrier system is working great in our snowy winter, it is quiet, and our home is comfortable.

The representative who came to the house (Jeff) was great\-\- fast, friendly, informative. He didn't waste my time with a lot of salesman small talk, which I appreciated. He was easy to reach via email and phone when I had questions and concerns. The day of the installation went really well. They had a steep lot to deal with at our house, but didn't even complain. They worked with me to get my furnace and AC replaced and they did this sooner than any other company I looked at. Roz was creative in getting me what I needed at a time when inventory was low and demand was high. The installation went well as the install staff were skilled, courteous and professional. They answered any questions I had and explained things to my satisfaction. Upon completion of the installation, the units were started up and they made sure everything was as it should be. I'm very satisfied!

We had three systems installed in a new build. They did a great job.

I had never purchased an AC before nor knew there were so many brands and sizes available. It was a pleasure working with All Seasons as every question I had was promptly responded to. I was not pressured to buy extra items I didn't need or to instal a unit that was larger due to the size of our home. We have had our unit for 2 weeks now and could not be happier with our service selection.

After an unbelievable 37 years with the original Carrier heat pump/furnace system, we got quotes from several different suppliers for a complete replacement. Insuring that all quotes were similar and addressed upgraded code requirements, we selected a new Carrier package from All Seasons Heating and Cooling. Their quote was most competitive and they were very patient and accommodating answering all our questions. It took them 7 hours to remove the old equipment and install the new including new electrical and plumbing connections that met code. Since this was done during the stay at home period of the coronavirus pandemic and since the furnace part was located in the crawl space inside our house, we must complement the crews for wearing masks throughout the process, covering all our inside wood floors to avoid damage, teaching us about the new thermostat and operation, and cleaning up after the work was complete. The salesman we dealt with and the onsite crews were excellent and we would recommend them and their company for similar work.

Even the owner showed up to make sure everything was perfect!

The only thing is after they covered the instructions on how to operate it seems we could use a refresher. Questions have come up that we didn't have earlier though not their fault.

Our heating went out just before the blast of cold weather stuck. Because we had just had it checked a month before, they were able to get a new heat pump quickly. By using some of the existing equipment, they were able to save us some money. We are very thankful to be able to recommend Area Heating and Cooling to other customers.

Person who came out to access why air conditioner was not working wanted me to pay the company $95.00 for his coming out even tho I was going to purchase their product. Did not seem right to me and we went round and round and that caused for me to question their customer service.? I let them put in a heat pump and did not think highly of the company because of that and their failure to leave me any warranty and it seemed like all they wanted was my money. They left no paper work . Like where is my invoice that I even paid you. He even took my thermostat operating manual which I had to ask for it back. The whole situation in my mind was not held for the customer and I could have gone somewhere else to get the product but stuck it out with them.The work was done in a timely matter. I was told 1 1/2 days and it took one day.
