Sales rep, staff, and technicians were generally courteous and responsive to my questions (which were numerous!) My experience was overall very positive and so far I am very happy with the installation.

Home Comfort Alliance did an excellent job installing the furnance.

So far our only negative comment is that the included HONEYWELL (RESIDEO) thermostat (model TH6) has proven to be much less customer friendly than the HONEYWELL thermostat we previously had. Perhaps this will resolve itself, however in now researching customer reviews many have referenced the same issues ... so??? I suggest CARRIER investigate these issues and consider alternatives. I wish I had asked the installer to allow us to retain the old T\-stat ... I would have reinstalled it by now.

From the sales process through installation, it was a great experience. They clearly presented options, came up with the highest quality furnace at the best price, and overcame some challenges during the installation. One day after installation, we are noticing that our house is nice and warm, without much of the blowing and fan noise of our previous furnace.

Our heat pump went out. Home Comfort squeezed in an appointment for consultation on the same day. The whole process followed and the new system was purchased, installed, and up and running on the fifth day. I like it that Home Comfort is a bigger company in our area and does a lot of similar jobs. They have all the trades people on staff, such as electrician. They take care of tasks such as getting rebate from the utility company, permitting, and scheduling inspections. Communication from the company is prompt and plenty. Staff are all polite and responsive.

The process went smoothly, and the new furnace was installed quicker than expected. That was a nice surprise. There was a bit of a communication issue with part of the install, but it wasn't major and was rectified quickly.

Effectively Solved

My issue was with the sales contract, breached install date, lack of communication. Even after numerous calls and emails, sales and/or management slow to respond and never did resolve issue. Installers on the job did well.

Drew, Josh and Thomas were efficient and worked steadily to install, Drew provided updates and information in the process. The team arrived before 8am and were finished around 5. Highly recommend this team . Excellent team of Drew, Josh and Thomas. Efficient and worked steadily to get the job done, , Drew gave me information about the system and updates during install. It was a pleasure to meet them and have them here, the best experience I have ever had with a company and delivery of a product. Highly recommend.

Painless experience getting our furnace replaced.

Just installed for a few days but in general I was very happy with the workers and their helpful assistance with my questions and special requests.

Randy and Clinton from MM Comfort Systems were neat and tidy, explained what they were doing, how everything worked and even changed our air filter in our furnace. MM Comfort leaves you feeling in good hands and were my first choice for air conditioning after having them service our hot water heater and handle a plumbing issue.

Our heat pump/furnace died the 3rd week in December. Called MM Comfort Systems because their # was on thermostat (recently bought the house). Salesman came 12/22/2021 and said he'd try to get us heat ASAP because we had none and I have arthritis and other medical conditions that are exacerbated by the cold. Then Christmas came and we discovered that he was on vacation for 10 days and hadn't left any paperwork for the company to follow up on. We contacted the supervisor \& staff who managed to find paperwork. Then 20 degree temps hit and we were really cold in the house. Very cold. Stopped trying to connect with salesman (or Comfort Counselor as they're called) and dealt solely with manager. Then came the usual 'can't get equipment because of COVID'. On Friday January 21st 2 men spent 10 hours installing the unit only to discover that the Comfort Counselor had neglected to include that the unit would need a specific wiring harness to function. MM came back out the following Monday to install that. When the tech tried to boot up the system, he discovered that the heat pump compressor wouldn't work. We are now using the emergency heat function on the unit and finally have heat in the house. They say we should have the compressor part and installation in another week or so. We can't fault MM Comfort Systems for the lack of or quality of the equipment being turned out today. We really liked the Comfort Counselor that initially came to the house but felt a bit neglected by him once he made the sale and left the house back in December. Hence only 4 stars instead of 5 in this rating. MM Comfort Systems has, to their ability, been responsive, professional, and helpful in trying to overcome the problems with equipment procurement and function.

The installation was handled with professionalism.

On site installation was fine but installers were not aware that the vent cleaning was to follow a couple of days later which would require cutting holes in the installed equipment. Seemed to me the coordination should have been better. Bryant ac was substituted for carrier unit. Bryant is to be replaced when the contracted carrier unit is available.

My installers Sam \& Russ did an amazing job getting A/C installed on the hottest day ever. They returned the next day and completed the rest of the work in less than a day. The install looks amazing. Very happy with the results.

I am very pleased with the installation. The technicians were very friendly, professional and they offered us some good filters as a bonus, really appreciate all the help and hard work.

Lamont and Drew, who did the installation, are skilled, professional, efficient, friendly, and excellent communicators with each other and with me. When they began they explained what to expect. After they finished they walked me through everything, anticipated issues I hadn't thought of, and addressed them.

The MM Comfort Systems team was great from beginning to end. They were professional and gave me several furnace choices to fit my budget and needs. The installation process was efficient, clean, and professional. I would highly recommend MM when shopping around for a new air system.

Awesome installers Mihal and Ina Hirsh were so awesome, word cannot describe. I'm an engineer who has a lot fo tools and do a lot of complex DIY. They answered all my question did a panel for the dampener controllers like I would wire an OCD driven network closet. The in house awesome electricians drilled holes where I asked. They all arrived on time or earlier. The sales person was so so. He was helpful but cratchey. I asked for the top vn4 Heat pump and was told it wasn't sold here. I was looking for the furnace to fit the 17th opening I had vs a 14". I was told only a 14 was available. I called carrier.com directly and they told me their distributor airefco had them. Which they did give me. I bought all the top carrier infinity products including the air cleaner. I later found out it was included when you buy the top heat pump carrier sells the vn4. The sales person said he didn't know where to start. I called carrier corporate and they said to escalate as that model comes with it so expect a refund. I paid over 22k for this epic install. I would recommend MM comfort systems any day. The sales person who was ok, their crews are one of the best I have even had as contractors at my house.

Excellent installation of furnace. Excellent communication from office and technicians. They even filed the rebate paperwork to our gas and electric company, and registered the furnace for us after installation.

The initial installation was poorly done with the heat pump not fully charged with refrigerant. It took a separate tech, some 4 days later, to diagnose and resolve the issue. Customer Service through this whole event was also unsatisfactory...seems like sales is a priority, customer service...not so much.

Joe and Russ just replaced my 21 year furnace with a new heat pump. It works great and the install went without a hitch. The install team practiced social distancing and we are very happy with the new unit.

Here in the middle of stay safe/stay home, our furnace began making sounds like a distant fog horn. MM sent their tech Jeff out right away to check it out. Jeff was courteous, kind, and polite even though he had to give us the bad news that our furnace had reached the end of its life (18 years!). MM was able to schedule the install of a new furnace right away. We were very grateful for this since it is not really warm yet! I was impressed with a phone call and email from Shirley the day before confirming everything (who would be installing and when to expect them) and providing me with the permit. Mikey and Chris were right on time. When they discovered a problem with the new unit, they immediately went back to the warehouse to get another. I appreciated that they let me know what was happening, that they took care of everything and resolved the issued the same day, and that my family is cozy and warm again. Mikey made sure I had everything I needed to register our new Carrier unit online for the warranty. Shirley was also very helpful walking me through what I needed to do to get an inspection scheduled (things are just a little wonky right now during this pandemic). I would recommend MM Comfort Systems to anyone.

No complaints!

From the quoting process through the installation, MM Comfort Systems were helpful, and professional. They answered every question we had, and made changes to the quotes per our requests. They also explained each of the steps for installation, asked permission before making any changes, and kept the work areas tidy, and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Removed old furnace and replaced with new in a very challenging location and hook up. All done smoothly, efficiently, and very professionally. Up and running, the heat is very appreciated n the winter!

The sales person Brian Connolly was extremely helpful and patient as I learned about HVAC options and compared 6 vendors' proposals. He really was the only one who took time to explain options in detail and he understood what was appropriate and not for our house.

My installation crew was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The installation went, to my mind very professionally and with attention to detail.

Our 26 year old furnace was kaput. M \& M, although not the lowest price, was close enough to the lowest price and a much better rated company with better Brands of equipment. Installation was begun exactly on time and completed exactly on time. Clean and efficient. No problems whatsoever.

Professional, knowledgeable, customer friendly service. The crew was on time, explained what they would very clearly, did their job on time with high quality, and cleaned up the place before leaving. The business development person (Brian) had visited earlier to assess my requirements and recommend the Carrier system, was also very knowledgeable and courteous.

The only positive experience was the initial sales consultation. After 3 separate repair visits in the first two weeks the new furnace appears to working fine. Fingers crossed The installing dealer, referred via Home Depot, was terrible. Including installing the furnace incorrectly. I was told many things that were not true and magically received a duct leakage test report when no test was done.

All my preferences for equipment location, venting and wire routing were used in the installation. The crew was very considerate and cooperative. Cleaned up everything before leaving. MM Comfort Systems diagnosed to problem with our old heat pump. We decided to replace with a new one. They gave us an estimate \& then installed it. Everything went fine. The work passed inspections. What more could I ask?

Dealer staff from the Sales Associate to the installation coordinator, electrician and installer were all very courteous and easy to work with. The Sales Associate was easy to contact and work with. Installation Coordinator was courteous and flexible in rescheduling the A/C installation due to a delay in my home closing. Installers and electricians were friendly, courteous and respectful. Would have received 5 stars if the installer had asked me if I wanted the thermostat they were replacing and not assuming I did not need it (I needed the thermostat) and taking it along with them. I had to call and ask the installation coordinator to have the thermostat returned to me which I am still waiting on. Overall a 5 star experience except for the incident mentioned above.
