Sullivan Heating installed a new furnace as our 30 year old train would not heat above 60 deg. We signed the contract during a very cold spell. Sullivan rearranged their schedule 2 1/2 days later we were back up to 70degs. Outstanding service and workmanship.

Salesman didn't seem to interested in the sale. He didn't call back like he said he would when I called with concerns. He passed the problem to someone named BJ who came out, took pictures and said he would schedule a fix and give me the thermostat I was promised, but that was over two weeks ago. I have not heard back not even a courtesy call to keep me updated. I am ready to call my credit card company before I pay this off. I am frustrated.
