Two Man crew arrived early in the projected time period, worked without stopping for 6 hours, observed Pandemic restrictions, explained operation of new equipment, cleaned up afterwards\- excellent job. County inspected three days later \- passed permit inspection with flying colors. !

Installation of new until went smoothly. Service technicians were very professional. The technician did a good job explaining how the system works after installation.

Installed carrier equipment with little knowledge of equipment set up and function causing interior damage and long period of trouble shooting. Wrong diagnosis and treatment. Finally looked at tech manual and set with carrier rep assistance. Worked well since with no problems. Installation team not very careful causing damage to interior walls and surfaces. Installed faulty equipment (furnace fan) in 2nd installation. (My fault: fool me once shame on you, foll me twice.......). Periodic service never checks all the equipment contained in service contract unless directed (fireplace, water heater, A/C units). At least check water heater/fireplace once a year and A/C every visit. Does not stand by contract agreements (rebates). Never submitted my installation to carrier for \~$1100 rebate. Ignored my calls and requests to rectify. Use this dealer at your own risk/peril. My grades are probably too high, but it did get installed and after a year seems to be working properly

Great job installing the unit. And they were careful to make sure they did not dirty our floors and stairs. Cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the job. Well done!!

The two installers did an excellent job in installing our new system. Credit also goes to Daniel the maintenance rep who brought to us a serious problem with the old system and for John, the business development person, who quickly got us a new system ordered.

Even though it was pouring rain during the installation the two technicians completed the installation in a timely manner, answered my questions and everything has been running fine.

When I wanted to purchase a new HVAC system, I was delighted my current provider, McCrea, came in with a competitive price. And I am a big fan of Carrier products. McCrea is awesome and I feel really good about the Carrier system that was installed in my home. The entire process was easy and that is saying a lot. I was waiting for something to go wrong as it has been my experience that something always goes wrong when I have work done in my house. I am happy to say I am still waiting for something to go wrong and to be honest I think I will be waiting for a very long time. Choose McCrea and put your mind at ease. Sales \- I never felt like I was being pressured during the sales process and I got a great product for a good price. The representative made sure I understood everything and he answered all my questions and I asked a lot of questions. Installation \- The installation went off without a hitch. The crew let me know when they would be at my house and what to expect. They went right to work and did the job quickly and correctly the first time. They cleaned up the entire work area as they went along and did an extra cleaning when they were done. I recommend McCrea to all my neighbors and friends.

We had a humidity issue. John was very knowledgeable in providing us with options and Brian and James (I think \- I'm terrible with names) were skilled, efficient and friendly with the installation. We've had McCrea as our go\-to HVAC company for well over 15 years and this was another excellent experience.

Really well built. The units are quiet and don't make that silly air escaping sound when the heat pump turns off. The units are paired with Nest Pro thermostats and the units run so much better than any system I have ever been around. Would recommend carrier to anyone needing Hvac work.

Purchased a Heat pump to replace old one. Have a very tight space for the air handler. John took the challenge and found multiple models to choose from, in many price ranges. The only company that worked to help us solve this problem. Everything fit perfectly!!

I contracted Sears in 2010 for a new HVAC system. One thing I noted was the lack or professionalism and basic people skills the installer possessed. Not only did I provide a poor rating, I cut ties with my loyalty to Sears completly. It was the final straw for me. Fast forward to 2017 to a new to me home and another HVAC system that is in need of replacement. I tried my luck with a rep at Home Depot. I thought McCrea, never heard of them but what the heck. I didn't realize that I had hit the jackpot pot! No joke, I won big time compared to my last experience. The cost was right in the area I had already planned to spend, the service and response back to questions was practically instantaneous as though the rep was there just for me, and the installation couldn't have gone any smoother. I wish McCrea was there some years ago. I love my new system, and I've connected both Nest thermostats to my Amazon account so my girl Alexa can learn with the Nest. Take a bow McCrea Heating \& Air Conditioning. Job well done! Finally, a company that's professional with a sense of pride.

We had a good experience overall with McCrea Heating \& AC. Our furnace died in the middle of a stretch of unusually cold weather and McCrea got us rolling again in short order. It's good to be warm again!

2 zone CAC replaced
