My heat went out right before a snow storm. I called around a few places and WGS was the only one I found that would come out after hours to look at the system (in the snow). When the techs got tied up with other calls, the owner stepped in and came out to the house. He got me up and running until we could get the new equipment installed. These guys take pride in their work and it shows...

Been using them for my carrier system for 10 years. They are always honest, polite and on time. They recently found me a new 15 seer for my house and got it installed and running in one day. The old one was a POS Carrier get it together.

Despite difficult working room and terribly hot attic space, my HVAC installment was performed by super pleasant people. Some problems cropped up \- none caused by White! \- and were solved long after the normal work day hours. If you are looking for a really great team, this is the one!!!!!

We had a complex problem that we interviewed 7 HVAC companies to help us solve. Russ was the ONLY one that suggested real science based solutions and not just guesswork. He was also the only one with prior experience to install more complicated equipment. We had severe humidity and mold in our ducts. Russ gave us confidence he knew what he was doing and his install team does as well. They were AHEAD of time, professional, neat, detail oriented and courteous. They handled our indecision and scrutiny with professionalism and patience. We would strongly recommend Russ and his team, Robert and Duke. Ultimately our 2011 home needed a smaller HVAC than the one we had, brand new duct system, enlarged return. We also agreed to install a whole house dehumidifier to help assist in our high moisture region as well as an ERV to help get some fresh air into our very tightly insulated home. To help clean the air from the past problem he also installed air purifiers on both units and new smart Cor thermostats. Rusty, the team (Anthony, Robert, and Duke), and the young lady from call center made the install an enjoyable one. From the first meeting about what system is best for my needs. I wanted a quiet unit but efficient. Full of knowledge put together several system that met what I want. The team was in an out before I knew it. Finished with an inspection. Great instructions how to operate and maintain system. Fun group. . Made me want to line dance to ? Tennessee whiskey ?
