When the estimator saw that I had no heat he contacted someone in the office who said a team could come out the next morning. They did exactly that, installing a new heat pump/heater/AC controlled with a nice smart Ecobee thermostat which I can control through my Amazon Alexa system, plus they also installed a new water heater as it was original with the house (40 yrs old). They did some things I hadn't seen before like using sheet metal to create 'pans' under the HVAC and water heater in case there's ever a water leak problem in the future. I also needed them to fix a problem I had with my A/C water discharging right onto my outside wall. They figured out a way to do that without cutting open my finished ceiling which I really appreciated. There are some top level cabinets in my basement which give access above the ceiling and they threaded and secured copper pipe through those, made a 90 degree angle to then thread the pipe to the outside, far enough past my back wall that I don't need to worry about water and mold problems anymore. The only issue I had was that they accidentally installed the enhanced Ecobee thermostat instead of the premium model. I left a message on Saturday and got a call back within an hour (wasn't even an emergency), and they've since come back to my house and replaced the thermostat with the better model. All in all I've been very happy with DonMar and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I received bids from four companies and chose Donmar because they provided the best balance of price and service. I was very pleased with the instillation as Bryan and Carlos took obvious pride in their work and included extra electrical work that I was not expecting. The heat pump has worked flawlessly and runs much quieter than the previous unit.

Donmar provided the highest quality unit for the lowest price when my 17 year old system died. No issues with install, scheduling was on my time and they were not late. No issues with the system so far so I strongly recommend them.

The technicians arrived on time and started installation immediately. They finished around 4PM without any issues. They are absolutely professionals.

They are very professional. Diagnosed the problem, presented options and then tackled a tough job very professionally. They covered the entry way, stairs and floor with tarps to make sure there would be no damage in removing the old unit.

Fast, good and reliable service.

I was sick with worry about the expense and the installation was complicated due to this being a condo and a very old building with tricky plumbing involving domestic water (Triple State) and mechanical water (Noyes NAC). But the Donmar folks were skilled at working with these other folks. Edgar in particular is outstanding... Such a nice person and made me feel confident the job would be done correctly.

Javier (Lead), Robert and Carlos came to our place around 8am to install 2 Carrier Comfort 14 SEER\-rated HVAC systems along along air handler/coil system replacement, very professional and courteous, all finished by 4pm. They were very transparent in what they were doing and gave me the briefing for the work done, certain things to keep up with, includes a 1 yr service contract and they filled out the registration paperwork and submitted for the warranty coverage. I definitely recommend them!
