Great experience, very accommodating. Spending a bunch of money on a totally new AC + furnace is never fun, but with AirPro everything at least went smoothly, no issues. Arrived on time, super polite. Very clean installation, found ways to clean up things that would have been unsightly, work around a few specific limitations unique to my space, and asked for my opinion before making the final routing/install for some of the accessories. Accommodated my request to do furnace one day then the AC unit the next week to allow some masonry work to be completed more easily. Definitely going to use them for any service in the future.

From initial inquiries to final installation Air Pro was AMAZING! We have used Air Pro for several years, after friends recommended him. He is always prompt, knowledgeable and gives the straight scoop, doesn't try to oversell. Mike helped us nurse along a 28 year old system, but it finally failed.
