Sonny the owner of Climatic came out and gave us recommendations on a new Carrier HVAC unit that was to replace our almost 25 year old equipment. We were surprised how organized this company is as the very next week we had new Infinity indoor and outdoor units installed. What a difference the reduced sound level makes. The team who did the install was courteous, knowledgable and polite. It was a seamless positive experience and we highly recommend this company.

We were in the market to replace a couple of 16 year old HVAC units in our house, so I did my research and called around to several well\-reviewed companies for quotes. All the quotes came back pretty similar, and Climatic was right around the middle of the price range. Ultimately, I chose Climatic based on recommendations from friends, online reviews, and the 2 year installation warranty that they offer. Other companies only offer a 1 year warranty. Everyone I dealt with at Climatic was very polite, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Missy was very pleasant to talk to on the phone when scheduling the appointments for the quote and later the installation date. When Pat came out to give me a quote, he was very thorough in assessing the heating \& cooling needs of our house. He quoted me for a couple of 14 SEER Carrier units with an option to upgrade to 16 SEER. He was not a pushy salesman and didn't try to sell me on the more expensive units, but I decided to go with the 16 SEER anyway. Our water heater is in the same space as one of the furnaces and was also overdue for replacement, so Pat quoted me for a new one as well. Replacing it at the same time would allow more room to work with when installing the new furnace anyway, so it was a win\-win. Once again, Pat was not pushy to try to sell me a more expensive water heater, but I asked for one with a longer warranty and he found me one that was not too much more expensive than the original one he quoted. The time between signing the contract and the installation date was 22 days, but that was understandable in the high demand month of June. It was also a good sign that Climatic gets lots of work, so it made me more confident in my decision. On the big day of the installation, a cavalry of 4 trucks and 5 installers (Jon, Mike, Tommy, Johnny, Pete) arrived! The first order of business for them was to put on shoe booties and lay down carpet protection without even being asked to. They all wore masks for COVID19 as well. It was a late June day with highs expected to be in the 90s so I expected them to start on the attic unit first before it got too hot, but the guys said that they would actually work on both units simultaneously. I guess this is the advantage of showing up with a small army. In a matter of just 5 hours, they had replaced 2 furnaces, 2 A/C condensers, and a water heater. They cleaned up the work areas well and gave me a product tour, explained about the warranty, and answered any questions I had afterwards. Our home is comfortable to live in again thanks to Climatic! I plan on calling them again in the future for all my HVAC needs.
