The installers were professional and took the time to answer any of my questions and made sure I understood the answer.

The Estimator knew heating and AC systems very well, and provided 4 options to replace a worn out heat pump. After my choosing to replace the whole system, the two installer/technicians were simply amazing. They had the old system removed in about an hour and a half, and were installing the new system shortly afterward. Whole system in, charged, tested and running in 7 hours. You dn't get better service than that. The prices quoted were what I consider median, and the service was frankly phenominal. This new system is already far better than what I had, and I expect to be saving money shortly...

Air Handlers did a very professional job at our house. We replaced an old A/C plus furnace. They did everything in a timely manner. Now, our A/C cools like the Arctic! Thank you.

Installed my heater and heat pump and got my house heating again. Very professional and the technicians explained everything that they were doing. Had heat for 5 days and the blower stopped working. I called and talked to Lindsey and Brian was at my house within 45 mins. Found the problem and they are replacing the blower. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Air Handlers came to our rescue during the summers biggest heat wave. Our system went down and they were on the spot in record time. When our old system proved to be un\-repairable, they were able to provide a replacement system (updated to the latest refrigerant and efficiency) that has been superb. They even lent us temporary window units while waiting for specialty parts to arrive that allowed us to endure the record setting heat.

We had an air conditioning coil in a 7\-year\-old Carrier unit develop two leaks. The leaks resulted in a series of problems, starting in early June. Two successive HVAC "pros" inadequately identified the cause of the problems and therefore failed to completely resolve them. It wasn't until a full three months after the initial discovery of the symptoms that their root cause was found by Air Handlers. They were thorough in their analysis and explanation of the problem, gave us good/better/best choices for fixes and thoroughly and candidly explained the pros and cons of each. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone we know in need of competent HVAC services.
