Worth every penny of their premium price. There were some major hiccups due to manufacturing delays and defects on Carrier's end plus the fact that the old thermostat wires running through the walls in my home didn't have consistent continuity (a tricky thing to diagnose with these new Infinity systems since they send complex digital data signals across old wires that were originally designed to simply turn things on or off). I could easily see how a "lower\-budget" installation team with less experience might have tried to sweep some of these imperfections under the rug just to get the job done quickly but in doing so inevitably cause me lots of headaches in the future. Instead, the W E Brown team worked together seamlessly, and I watched them put obvious care and pride into every step of the complex installation. Due to the aforementioned "hiccups" (which were not in any way their fault), they went above and beyond, and put in a ton of extra effort and overtime work on two separate days in order to make sure that we had a working system again as soon as possible. I highly recommend W E Brown for all HVAC related services in the Charlottesville area!

they have been super wonderful not only with the installation of our new carrier system but also about ten years ago in my old house they were the only ones that would come out on an emergency basis to fix a problem with heat at my old house. we have also used them for plumbing issues and their service plan is a great deal.

We had a Carrier Infinity System installed in our home and can't be happier. It replaced a 23 year old system that was beginning to fail. The variable compressor and fan settings allow us to be comfortable, while saving over 30% on our electric bill, really! The unit is also so much quieter than the old one that you can hardly tell when it's running. The installation was great from the quote process to the install team.

I have a new Carrier system installed with Infinity heat pump, air handler, ERV, UV lights. WE Brown engineered the installation thoroughly and worked around my schedule. Installation was done well, and they fixed a couple small issues promptly. AC has been working great during the hot August and early September weeks. I highly recommend WE Brown!
