F. H. FURR was extremely helpful in planning and installing my new HVAC system from carrier. They were timely and neat installing my product which was located in my attic which is not a walk in attic.

I was with the maintenance technician when we both discovered a glaring issue. He contacted their office and got a sales person who came out that afternoon. Normally I price things around before committing but I had great service from the previous company, Short Pump HVAC, who's till had many of the sa.e individuals working when acquired by Furr. The installation guys were fast and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and left it nicer than they found it! Very pleased with services so far and looking forward to some other items being handled.

Both installers worked very well together and provided excellent service in the removal of our old system and installation of the new system.

We replaced our old and faulty Aquaterm system for a furnace. The installation took two full days including necessary changes in the gas plumbing (the estimate installation duration was one full day). The team was very knowledgeable and everything looks good. The system is performing better than the previous in lowering the temperature in the house. We cannot rate the heating yet since we have not used it but during testing it seemed to perform well. We had a gas connection to our gas based fireplace and the team cut that off after determining that it was unsafe and not up to code. The team suggested that a plumber come to check that out and recommend a solution.

The guy\`s did a great job replacing a 25 year old system, both unit work perfectly. However while I was in our crawlspace, just looking at the work that was done, I did notice there was a hole in our vapor barrier, that was not there before.

Recently had an entire system replacement. Everyone involved were very helpful in picking just the right system, without pushing any particular kne. They laid all aspects of each on the table and we were able to pick just what fit us and our budget.
