Tyler was perceptive about my affection for my old Carrier and broke the news gently, with facts, about it being 32 years old and about my needing a completely new furnace. Marcus answered my questions via email promptly. Kevin was useful and focussed. He did not get distracted during the installation and was done in record time. I heard my furnace go on last night and loved it when it gave a little "bang" when the hot air started going through the registers, like my beloved old 1992 Carrier. (R.I.P.)

The owner, Marcus Rhoton, was knowledgable about the Carrier products installed. His workers were also pleasant, neat and knowledgable. The dual fuel heatpumps and furnaces replaced a 30 year old system and the effect was immediate\- better temperature control, reduced noise and improved air quality.

Marcus and his crew went above and beyond to install our new air conditioner after our air conditioner went out. They saved us from the overwhelming heat and provided us with an amazing air conditioner.

We received 3 bids before replacing both our a/c and furnace. After reviewing all options, we chose Ascend. Marcus was very knowledgeable and informative about both products we were looking at replacing. He was able to give us a very reasonable bid without all of the sales fluff offered by other dealers. His team came in within a week after the bid. They showed up when they said they would. They were polite, quick, efficient and were able to replace both units within 6 hours?including changing how our furnace vented.
