Service guys did a great job!!

They wasn't able to fix my 14 year old furnace without costing over a $1,000 so I bought a new furnace. The men who installed it was very nice and professional. The only issue I'm having is the ladies who answer the phone will not send me an invoice in writing that my new furnace has a 10 year Warranty and no cost labor which is very important to me.

We really appreciated Jared's experience and the thorough work he \& his team delivered.

We had an issue with our furnace, they came out late in the day and got us up and running through the night. They were back the next day and installed a new furnace. They were very professional and good to work with.

We've used Bill's Comfort for years on our home as well as a rental home and the service is always excellent.

Technician's were friendly, and worked diligently to get our AC up and running as quickly as possible, working long hours. One part was not available until the following day, and the technician came and installed it on his day off.

Installed new AC and furnace. Did a good job. Pricing was straightforward and did not try to sell all the gimmicks. My neighbor went with another company and paid a whole lot more than I did. Glad I went with Bills.

Great price and above and beyond service. During my furnace install they noticed my ac coils were dirty and cleaned it without even charging extra to extend the life of my ac.

My furnace went out this Monday and we were without heat until Tuesday evening. I am so grateful to Bills Comfort Systems, they worked me into their busy schedule and installed a new furnace. It sure makes you grateful for the heat.

Working with Bill's Comfort Systems was a wonderful experience. I had a problem with my A/C and they were able to get a technician out quickly. He diagnosed that the compressor had gone out and I would need a new A/C unit as well as a furnace. They didn't charge me their service call fee if I chose to get the replacements through them. I got 3 other quotes just to see if I could find a better price and Bill's beat them all out by $700\-$1500 dollars! The installer's went the extra mile and replaced duct work for my dryer and other things while they were there. Even put in a new electrical outlet. They communicated well and were fantastic to work with.

They investigated ALL potential sources of the problem. They explained everything thoroughly and gave us all of the possible solutions in order for us to make an educated decision on how to proceed. They sought out specific parts for repair AND repaired our unit. Rather than finding ourselves in a position of a very expensive full replacement, they were able to save us this immediate expense. When the time comes to replace ANY of our HVAC system, we certainly know who to call! Thank you so much. So nice to be able to fully trust a company!!

My installer was very dedicated to doing a great job and ensuring that my air conditioner worked as it should and that I knew how to maintain it. He stayed much later than he or I expected as he ran into problems made by the original installers of the previous system.

There needed to be some changes to the intake and discharge from the furnace. The team offered solutions and presented them to me. I chose the best solution for my needs, and it was implemented, with no change in schedule. The installation went as planned and was completed as planned.

Went above and beyond

Our AC went out in July and our Furnace was on the verge of dying as well. Bills replaced both of them for us. They showed up a 1/2 hour after they said they would. Other than that, they rocked. They were able to get us an honest bid and answer all of our questions. Once we chose them. We were scheduled for our service within 5 days in the middle of the summer. The technicians were clean and dealt with our very curious kids very well. Katy our estimator was extremely helpful and was always full of positive energy.

They came out on Christmas Eve when our old furnace died. They were prompt, courteous, and helpful. We felt like they were honest and forthright and did a great job! Thank you Bill's Comfort Systems!

Gordon was prompt and came to troubleshoot the problem with our existing AC unit. The old system was 12+ years old and used outdated coolant. Kept freezing up and was not cooling. Needed a new AC system. Gordon went out of his way to fit us in to their schedule quickly. The technicians were friendly and the install was done in 4 hours. Also, the price was much less than the other quote we received.

We had an excellent installation of two Carrier A/C's \& furnaces at our home. After talking with several other dealers over a one year period, it was clear that Bills was the best in the Salt Lake City to replace our 11 year old units. Bills was the most open to hearing what we wanted without trying to over sell us on equipment we didn't need. The installers show up on time and did a beautiful job. Everything works perfect! Bills also had the best prices for high end Carrier equipment. There were no hidden costs. The final price was exactly what was quoted to us.

Very competent employees who were professional, efficient \& thorough

Marcus, Bill, Alex, and Kevin did a fantastic job at my home to make sure that equipment was properly installed and working correctly. They knew exactly what needed to be done and had great customer service. Each one was very cordial in fully responding to questions and explaining what and why they did what they did. They cleaned up after themselves when done and educated me on the new AC and furnace.

So far the furnace works great. It replaced a Bryant system that was 20 years old. Our house had no central air only window coolers so we also had that installed I can't wait for summer to get here so I can try it out! :)

Marcus and his team from Bills Comfort systems in Layton and Murray Utah sre great! My furnace stopped working and they were there the next day. They attempted a repair which wasn't successful and replaced the furnace the next day. Marcus helped me fill out the rebate paperwork. We talked about a friend who couldn't afford a new furnace and they went and fixed it for her at no charge!
