I was replacing a previous Carrier unit not installed by a certified dealer. The old unit worked well and lasted a long time, but had a few minor issues. Since I thought the issues were due to the previous dealer not being well enough educated on Carrier, I went on the Carrier site to find a recommended dealer. Colony had a great rating and checked out well on Google. I was very pleased with the installation and support Colony has provided. I highly recommend Colony Air Conditioning & Heating.

Installation left a 1 in gap in intake line in attic- allowing dirt and insulation from attic into unit - I happened to see this when I went into attic after installation. Company corrective response was fast - but, I was lucky to find this before major damage.

Dealer is able to determine what issue was on the old unit i had and recommend the fix needed.

The staff at Colony Heating and Air is professional and competent in all phases of the job. Installation of new system was timely and had no problems. Could not have been any better. Recommend highly!

I was referred to Colony a few years ago and signed up for their maintenance program. Simply put, they are awesome. Each tech who has visited my home over the years has been knowledgeable, meticulous in the servicing of my equipment, and never once tried to "upsell" hardware or services I didn't need. They also don't have dedicated, high\-pressure sales folks like some other companies. The technicians quote and install the systems. A few weeks ago, I found my 14\-year\-old system on the fritz, and during an afterhours service visit, got a quote for a replacement at the same time. The system was installed yesterday by Manuel and his crew, and man oh man did they do a great job. Above and beyond, fixed some jankity routing of my ducts. Re\-ran or adjusted lines and plumbing, and everything is insulated. Super neat and clean install, despite it being over 100 degrees outside and who knows how hot in the attic! Overall, the techs are always courteous, friendly, helpful, and willing to answer a million questions. The office folks are also friendly and helpful, never have an issue contacting them, and super responsive. I also appreciate the text\-based service tracker complete with finding your technician on a map! Of all the companies I do business with at my home, Colony is one of my absolute favorites. It's hard to find people who understand what good old fashion service looks like now\-a\-days, and if that's important to you, look no further when considering a heating and air conditioning company.

When I called to let them know I couldn't clearly read the numbers ( serial \& model ) in order to fill out my warranty info they were very nice and said they would fill it out for me and send a confirmation letter. I checked my computer ad I did receive the letter. They were so nice when they offered to do this for me. I love this company. Polite, on time, clean, and very helpful, as you can see, from their above action.

GREAT TEAM, PERFECT WORK, VERY POLITE

Very professional and courtesy. They explained the work they were performing and left the attic space very clean. I inspected their work afterwards and it was top notch. Much better than the quality of work from the original homebuilder's contractor.

Both Joseph and Sayd maintained very professional service and demeanor even though the old unit put up a heck of a fight being removed! Colony AC should cherish having these two working as members of their team!

We had an old HVAC unit start to die. Colony AC was able to come out the next day. We choose to replace the system end to end. The Colony AC installation team was great. They took great care of my house and explained everything before they finished.

Colony was super easy to work with. So professional from start to finish. I would not think of using any other HVAC company ever again. At times in the market place it is hard for a woman to be taken seriously and treated with respect, but this company ALWAYS treated me that way. From the service techs, to the phone contacts, they were communicative, respectful and professional. Every aspect of the suggested equipment, the reasons why, the details of the replacement job was discussed with me. I was completely comfortable with the work at all times.

During semi\-annual check\-up, technician discovered multiple leaky coils. Ordered new, more efficient heat pump. Crew completed installation of both units (inside and out) in just 4 hours. It was up and running within 5, including a new wi\-fi\-capable thermostat. Thanks to Colony A/C, we're completely ready for any kind of weather that's coming our way!

I had mini split unit installed. From scheduling to the install it was seamless. They made sure I understood the unit and provided me the serial numbers to register for the warranty. They came, did not leave a mess, did what they said they would and the price was good. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends.

Many of the components of our, now former, system dated back to the home construction in 1992. We also were mindful of the pending discontinuation of Freeon gas to recharge the existing system when needed. Therefore, we decided to "bite the bullet" and change out the entire system.

Both the salesman and the installers were very professional from start to finish. They were all honest, forthright, and knowledgeable about the products they were offering. There was no pushy tactics \- they gave us all options from bandaid type repair to fix the immediate issue, to why it made better sense practically and financially to replace our entire 10 yr old AC unit. The installers were also very professional and friendly. They took measures to keep our home clean and damage\-free throughout the install. We didn't need to do any clean up after they'd left. The install itself was smooth, and finished in the promised timeframe. They were punctual, and efficient with their time \- no excessive breaks. They explained what they were going to do before they started. And finally, after they were done with the install and all the system checks, they gave us a full tour of what they replaced, how to use the new thermostat, and also how maintain the entire AC unit for a long and healthy life. I've worked with several heating and cooling companies in my 15 years as a homeowner and can confidently say that Colony AC and Heating is the best experience I've had so far. I will be recommending them to all my friends without hesitation.
