Excellent service

After 17 years my TRANE A/C began faltering and, ugh, time to replace an expensive appliance. I am very OCD when spending alot of money and picking contractors as I have had a few bad experiences in my 30 years of home ownership. I sought out 4 bids from 4 companies. They all want to come out and try and sale you on the spot. I only let one come out to get specs I needed etc. I called the other 3 and they reluctantly agreed to pricing over the phone and its at this point where you see a professional or a dud. EZ stood out, i received some very detailed proposals, but they were about 600.00 higher in price than the other, but after working with Jonathan Hernandez he agreed to drop the price to match a TRANE supplier. I researched the two brands, and they have many similarities. I landed on the carrier with EZ. The unit was installed about 4 days later, they arrived on time the installation went very smooth, after the installers left a quaility control individual came by and he walked me through the thermostat features and went over the different installaton components I should be aware of during ownership. All in all, EZ stood out over the other 4 companies, they returned phone calls on time and even returned calls after hours. The G.M Jonathan was super helpful. If you need a new AC, I personally think this is the place to do business with. They are AAA on Better Business Bureau and have been in business 25 years.

Everyone we dealt with at EZ was great. Enrique, our initial contact with EZ, provided us with a very fair and reasonable estimate to replace our ac unit. The installation technicians worked hard to get it installed and kept us informed along the way. In the end, Chris explained and helped us operate the new thermostat. Jonathan Hernandez, the general manager, kept in communication with me from the very start. Their service was great, and they kept us comfortable the whole time.

EZ is just simply the best AC company I have ever dealt with and I have been through a few. Recently I had my outdoor condenser fail and after several bids, EZ was the clear choice for their exceptional service. Javier is the nicest person you will ever meet and was so courteous and thoughtful throughout the process. The general manager, Jonathan, was also incredibly helpful. What may be the best part about this company is that they are always incredibly honest and don't try to upsell you at every opportunity. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Chose EZ Air Conditioning after getting four quotes for a whole new HVAC system that ranged from $6K (with terrible reviews) to $20K and EZ Air's price point was right in the mid\-range but with higher quality equipment and better service. They're also very responsive, knowledgeable, and have great customer service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Jonathon the manager and Enrique were great and answered all my questions! Have had a service contract for the past 7 years and have always had great service. I contacted five other companies but EZ AC gave me the best package and was able to install my system ina short time frame. The service crew was vary professional and courteous and did a great job. If you are looking for a new system then you must contact EZ Air and see what they can provide for you.

I received great service from EZ AC and Heating from beginning to the end! I searched for a company that was factory trained in installing Carrier since a good installation practically guarantees that you won't have to use the parts warranty. They had a good presentation, great prices and great installation. There were three installers who installed the furnace in the attic and the outside air conditioner. They began early and worked the entire time finishing complete installation and clean up about an hour past noon. They were very friendly and courteous. I installed a Carrier in another house in 2005 and it is still running without any breakdowns. I expect the 18 SEER Infinity Greenspeed they installed will perform as well as the first unit! I highly recommend EZ AC and Cooling. They have been a member of the BBB without any complaints.

Jonathan, Enrique and the team at EZ were enjoyable to work with and went out of their way to meet our needs! They helped us with a complete new install including ducts and vents.

EZ Air helped us out when our old AC system broke down during the recent cold spell. They came out saturday, checked what was wrong, gave us an estimate on sunday and installed a new system om monday. By 2pm we were back in the heat! Couldn't ask for a better experience thanks to Larry and the whole crew.

Gerardo came out to diagnose and fix our A/C last summer after another company couldn't figure out what the problem was. They then gave us a credit on the service call for a replacement and that went well.

Had a challenging situation to start with owing to a theft / vandalism event and trying to match the footprint of the old unit. EZ researched, advised, verified, confirmed and stayed on top of things all the way through right up to the day of installation. The installation crew was incredibly qualified, easy to deal with, focused on a great result and even spotted a few weak collateral things and firmed them up so the entire system was top notch again. Rare I ever say this about any contractor (believe me \- very rare!) but honestly, I could not have been more pleased with the entire difficult procurement and installation and even though it was covered by insurance, based on other quotes I got, they would have been very competitively priced had I been paying out of pocket so EZ are winners all the way around as far as I am concerned!

They answered every question I had and they were extremely helpful even when I selected a unit that may not have been their first choice for our home. They are service\-oriented and not bottom\-line oriented.

They were on time with the materials needed and enough people to complete the job. Very pleased with the outcome. I know there are less expensive installations but you get what you pay for.

EZ Air Conditioning in San Antonio Tx was a pleasure deal with. I ordered the system on Wednesday and it was installed on Friday. Yes, it's off season, but that was fast in anybody's book. My questions were answered thoroughly and quickly. The installation is first rate. I did some research on\-line at the Better Business Bureau and on the Carrier Web Site. I couldn't believe the number of favorable comments. Previous experience with a EZ Air repair last summer confirmed this is a great company to deal with.

We've used EZ Air Conditioning before. They are extremely professional and have always fixed our problems. But it was time to get a new unit after 18 years. They were efficient, courteous, and thoughtful to our needs, cleaned up all the boxes and trash and were very friendly. Explained everything as they were working. We are very pleased with their work and prices. Before replacing our unit they tried to fix the problem. They were here 2 times that they never even charged us for. Each time we needed them, they were here within a day. Sometimes the same day. That's was wonderful, especially because it was in the dead of the summer and 100 degrees out. We recommend this company and they installed a Carrier, which is a great unit. It works great and we've just used the heating portion now with this cold snap. Do yourself a favor and use this company. You won't be dissatisfied.

We have been with EZ for a few years but we shopped around before deciding on a company to install a new system. EZ was very competitive in price and we went with them due to our past trust in their work. We now have the newest infinity system and the installation looks great with no shortcuts! Great company to work with fast and good quality work

Started searching for HVAC replacement 4 years ago. Had plenty of companies trying to sell me the highest and most expensive unit. All estimates were above $12K. Almost went with another company but decided to give EZ a chance since they are highly rated by Carrier, BBB, and Google. Glad I did! Enrique gave me multiple choices without pressuring me into a decision. He even went over details that no other company had during my 4\-year research. I ended up getting a 5 stage 4 Ton unit at a lower price than the "basic" units from other vendors selling Carrier. Lennox and Train are great, but this is a better unit and cost less. Technicians were very professional and at the end of the day, everything was clean.

Very happy with the job done. I had my home A/C units replaced and upgraded to more efficient ones, Part of the ductwork was fixed, replaced, sealed, and repaired. Now for the first time since I built this home it feels more comfortable. Just the way it should be. EZ Air also gave me a fair price with different options to choose from. No pressure sales, just the facts. I am grateful to Mr Enrique for his insight, recommendations, and ideas to really have a more comfortable home. It was a blessing to find a contractor that I could trust and able to address my concerns and worries about the project. I thank Mr Enrique, Mr Jonathan, and his team to come to the rescue when my units were not working properly with no heat when the temperature were very low. My gratitude forever for a professional job in all respects.

Installer was knowledgable and helpful on explaining installation, setup and operation. I was not rushed and had time to clarify items I initially misunderstood. In the three days since installed, thermostat is working as expected on computer, on smart phone and on wall unit.

Had to replace an upstairs air handler; EZ Air Conditioning did a great job with the installation.

Purchase and Installation of new Carrier a/c unit

EZ Air provided great service. Communication with the main office was very easy. The job was reviewed, priced and inspected by Enrique. I was provided multiple options to accomplish my goals for home cooling. Pricing was easily understood as well as finance options. Since our initial visit, I have referred two others to EZ and all thanked me for providing such an honest resource. The product itself works wonderfully. If you decide on a ductless system decide if efficiency, reliability and costs savings outweigh the look of the unit on the wall.

EZ Air Conditioning and Heating not only replace our low efficiency unit, but redesigned the ductwork, return air ducts and regulators for better cooling and heating. The programmable thermostats are super convenient to use. We could not be happier.
