The ripped out my 17 year old carrier infinity system that had been installed very poorly and installed my new system on a while new base with stands and didnt nickle and dime me to death. Put 2 brand new plenums on the air handler also. I am so very satisfied, Brittany made everything right for us and we feel in good hands for the next 15-20 years, and mist of all on the way to saving $$ on electric bill.
