Dependable, prompt, efficient, thorough, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Chilly has maintained my heating and air conditioning for more than twelve years. I will never use anyone else.

The system was installed by the previous owner just before I purchased. The warranty was transferred no problem but I was not contacted for the free fall tune-up as promised. I have not yet been contacted for the free spring tune-up either. The system seems to have been operating okay.
