I still have issues with one of my outside unit making noises on startup. Total Air Conditioning and Heating refused to do the 1-year service appointment till after their warranty was over. Service tech didn't know how use the thermostat or check for errors. I would recommend anyone else. I had to install a camera just to watch the outside unit to monitor issues.

This is my second system with Total. They have an outstanding staff. Here is how my installation went both times: Crew came at 7:00 a.m... The crew leader met with me briefly. At 4:30 p.m., my AC was on an cooling off my house. There was a knock on the door. The crew leader and his team were in my driveway to say "Thank You" and "Have a nice evening". There was not a scrap of paper or parts wrapping, nothing ANYWHERE. I took care of them with a thank you gift for each of them. They drove away. I was happy...the first time, and the second time..

The whole process starting with Jacob coming into my home explaining everything and answering any questions I had giving me the price and I mean the price ….. there were no surprises after installation, no extra costs or hidden fees. He loaned me two window units to get us through. Day of installation went just as smooth, the guys were on time, worked hard the entire time and were done quickly. The whole process was almost zero stress , I got the unit I purchased, they even showed me everything in the attic that had been replaced. They cleaned up after so well it was hard to tell that they had been there at all except for the fact that my house is now cooler than it has been in 15 years. Major purchase but still a great experience. I will always use this company and refer this company for all HVAC needs.

Great on the sales pitch, but did't do a good job following up. When you spend the type of money for a multi\-stage, high seer system you would figure you get some follow\-up from the vendor...I'll spend some time this weekend reading the 100 page thermostat instructional manual:\-))))

I am so impressed with the installation of both of our HVAC units. The professionalism of the 6 man crew was outstanding. They kept us informed of all that was going on. They started at 9am and finished at 9pm. I have been using Total Air \& Heat since 2014 and have not had any problem that wasn't fixed in a very short time. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Total Heat and Air has serviced our two home HVAC systems for years, and when needed, replaced them. They previously installed Trane, but in 2020 installed a Carrier system for our downstairs, and recently in 2022 another Carrier system for upstairs. I have complete trust in their sales and installation employees, as they do an excellent job spec'ing a new system and meticulous work with installation.

Jacob Stoup is an excellent sales rep and made sure that the installation team did a prefect job; it took only 1 day! The team was open to any questions and we got them all answered. Total Air was a great choice in the DFW HVAC market.
