stop

Always god service.

I still have issues with one of my outside unit making noises on startup. Total Air Conditioning and Heating refused to do the 1-year service appointment till after their warranty was over. Service tech didn't know how use the thermostat or check for errors. I would recommend anyone else. I had to install a camera just to watch the outside unit to monitor issues.

This is my second system with Total. They have an outstanding staff. Here is how my installation went both times: Crew came at 7:00 a.m... The crew leader met with me briefly. At 4:30 p.m., my AC was on an cooling off my house. There was a knock on the door. The crew leader and his team were in my driveway to say "Thank You" and "Have a nice evening". There was not a scrap of paper or parts wrapping, nothing ANYWHERE. I took care of them with a thank you gift for each of them. They drove away. I was happy...the first time, and the second time..

thanks for installing during the winter storm

The entire team went above and beyond during the purchase and installation of our new unit. I happily recommend their services to anyone.

Technician took 7 hours to do the installation due to unforeseen issues. He creatively solved the problems and provided first class service.

very satisfied

Great company you can trust.

Nice people, decent price, good product. Can't think of a negative.

From start to finish perfect! Our sales person Jeff is fantastic and the installers were an amazing! Everyone is hard working and really nice.

Great Service!

installation crew was very competent and quickly solved some minor issues with the installation. Cleaned up after themselves fairly well. They were very professional and worked together very well.

Salesman shared info, answered questions, explained expectations, and did not pressure us when we met with him. Installers were professional, friendly, efficient, hard working, and trustworthy. Process went just as explained. Well done! Received an email re end of year savings and that helped our decision too. No hidden costs. Professional from the beginning.

Chad and team are excellent. Very capable and easy to work with.

I greatly benefit from the historical knowledge of their past work experience, because they know how to value it. They mentor younger installers, they encourage each other on the job site and they take pride in their work. They should be proud, becuase their install was careful and thorough. On time and on budget, no hidden costs or surprises.

Total Air \& Heat Co. replaced two air conditioning units in our home. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about the units. Left my house clean when the job was done. Very happy with the whole process.

The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and finished in a timely manner

Would recommend Total Heat and Air to anyone!

Have used Total Air \& Heat for many many years. Very professional staff with very good follow up.

The team from Total Air \& Heat did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system. They were professional, courteous, and very friendly. Even after running into unexpected difficulties with the installation, they continued to be very pleasant and patient. This installation was a very good experience for us.

Total Air and Heat did a great job on my HVAC install.

We have worked with Total Air and Heat for years. When our builder unit got a leak, we knew it was time to replace the unit. Total Air listened to our concerns, learned about our preferences and habits, and recommended a unit that would be appropriate for our needs.

Quality of the work is outstanding This system is soooo quiet

I was very impressed with the pride the installers displayed in completing their job. Thank you!

Total Air \& Heating field representative and service technicians provided excellent products, service \& responsiveness at a a competitive price.

Great dealer I'm not sure about carrier

Excellent customer service.

Good and timely service

Excellent service

Very pleased with installation. They were very efficient and kept my house clean.

all the 5 star ratings are correct! professional, timely, clean install, good pricing.

Jeff was great always returned my calls or texts. Crew was great complete system replacement including duct work in one day.

Great crew, work was done quickly, and we were provided a window unit for our bedroom while the main unit was out.

Great service; have had good experience with the maintenance in the past \& this new install went very smooth.

The crew installing the new Carrier unit knew what they were doing.

The whole process starting with Jacob coming into my home explaining everything and answering any questions I had giving me the price and I mean the price ….. there were no surprises after installation, no extra costs or hidden fees. He loaned me two window units to get us through. Day of installation went just as smooth, the guys were on time, worked hard the entire time and were done quickly. The whole process was almost zero stress , I got the unit I purchased, they even showed me everything in the attic that had been replaced. They cleaned up after so well it was hard to tell that they had been there at all except for the fact that my house is now cooler than it has been in 15 years. Major purchase but still a great experience. I will always use this company and refer this company for all HVAC needs.

Great on the sales pitch, but did't do a good job following up. When you spend the type of money for a multi\-stage, high seer system you would figure you get some follow\-up from the vendor...I'll spend some time this weekend reading the 100 page thermostat instructional manual:\-))))

Great Service and staff

Excellent service from sales to installation

They were fantastic and professional

I am so impressed with the installation of both of our HVAC units. The professionalism of the 6 man crew was outstanding. They kept us informed of all that was going on. They started at 9am and finished at 9pm. I have been using Total Air \& Heat since 2014 and have not had any problem that wasn't fixed in a very short time. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Great people!

Total Heat and Air has serviced our two home HVAC systems for years, and when needed, replaced them. They previously installed Trane, but in 2020 installed a Carrier system for our downstairs, and recently in 2022 another Carrier system for upstairs. I have complete trust in their sales and installation employees, as they do an excellent job spec'ing a new system and meticulous work with installation.

Jacob Stoup is an excellent sales rep and made sure that the installation team did a prefect job; it took only 1 day! The team was open to any questions and we got them all answered. Total Air was a great choice in the DFW HVAC market.

Installation team was great! Thorough, methodical and friendly!
