He told me exactly what was going to happen and how long it would take. His crew was very efficient and did the work in the specified amount of time. After being without AC for a week, it felt wonderful to have a reliable unit in place to keep us cool. We love how quiet our new system (Carrier 2.5 Ton CA16NA Air Conditioner) is compared to our old unit. We recently had to have our AC/Heating unit replaced. Jeff has been helping during the transition from old to new. He came out to our two times on a Sunday, to refill our freon to keep us cool until we could get the old one replaced. When it came time to install the new unit, Jeff and his team worked around our schedule, and they had it up and running quickly. We are already noticing the difference in the air quality in our home.

Mr Shahin listened to my needs, gave me an estimate with multiple options to choose from at a very reasonable price, was very prompt, professional and was able to get the job done on a short notice, literally overnight at a very reasonable price ($1000s less than the competition). I am very pleased with the results and the performance of the unit that was installed. I highly recommend this company and I'll use them for all my air conditioning needs. The old unit that I had was also a Carrier that lasted 15 years without missing a beat or any problems. Evaporator core went out after 15 years which is not bad. Otherwise, the system still worked just fine.
