Our AC broke in the hottest week of the summer, it was replaced and working amazing with in the next day. Great customer service.

Alejandro is professional, assess the problem and gave recommendations and cost of the project. The workers were courteous, hard working and left the work area clean.

I was referred to Family Air Cond. \& Heater by a Family Friend and I am for ever grateful. Alex and his team went beyond the call of duty and was able to install a new outdoor unit on Sunday and in the rain! My previous AC company wanted half down and would not order a new unit until Monday when my unit died on Friday morning. Alex is old school and is a man of his word when it comes to cost and getting the job done right. This is a company that I can stand behind and will forever have my business.

The installers were very knowledgeable and courteous. We had them come out and give an estimate a few days before and once we got our finances under way we called them on a Friday morning and they were at our house by 3:00 and finished by 8:00. We had the inside and outside units as well as all the duct work replaced. We were completely satisfied with the promptness and the price compared to other quotes.
