Excellent service...several relatives had their units replaced with Frontier...very satisfied.

Overall, Fronteir provided a great service from start to finish. Despite the large job, they finished the actual project within the projected "days expected". I do believe the project was a little larger than they anticipated, but they did well overall. There were a few small hiccups, with airflow (due to the size of my home), and plumbing (due to a request we required of them), but even then, they did attempt to remedy these situations in a hasty manner. A few times I do feel we were almost "gaslighted" so to speak regarding these above mentioned issues, but overall I would recommend this company to anyone requiring HVAC needs.

My AC went down on Thursday when I called Frontier and they installed a brand new AC on Friday. Very fast and professional service.

I found this company through the Carrier Authorized Dealer search and due to their stellar Carrier Website and Google Reviews, in addition to various accolades, I contacted them for a replacement AC. The process was easy, and all those involved were professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job.

From the first person I called to the installers, Tony and Juan, courteous is the word that comes to mind. I felt they answered all of my questions and gave me a great deal on our unit. Elizabeth is amazing, very knowledgeable. Frontier did a great job. I went with them because of the 5 star reviews and we are happy we did. Thank you Frontier!!!

I really appreciate the way they worked with me on a new Ecobee thermostat since our new Nest thermostat did not work with the Carrier Air\-conditioner. I would have purchased a different brand had I known it was not compatible, but the installer gave me a free Ecobee instead.

Contacted Frontier Monday morning, technician visited home before noon, diagnosed problem. Offered suggestions and booked appointment for the next day to resolve the issue. Techs showed up on time the next day and finished the job quickly and efficiently.

Great service, good communication, clean job. Called for service on old unit on a Saturday. Had a new unit installed and running by Tuesday.

From the very first call I was treated like I was the owner. From the secretary to sales to the technicians everyone answered all my questions and gave me complete information too enable myself to understand and make good sound decisions as to the cost difference type of equipment I wanted and recommendations as to what was available for me to choose from. All this was done without pressure of sale but instead with concern for what I wanted and making sure that all my concerns were addressed and that there were no questions left unanswered. Now the surprise, all the work was in one day. This included removal of the old system inside and outside and installing the new high performance unit including smart thermostat hooked up and working and training on how everything works. Simply The Best !!!

Thanks to the frontier A/C professionals from the answering service to the installers I was able to resolve my multi year on going issue with my warrenty company and there so called contractors was finally able to resolve the true underlying issues with my A/C unit. The team worked hard, communicated regularly and cleaned up EVERYTHING after the installation! They even vacuumed the room near the installation area!!
