In Nov 2018 I was given several options of highly efficient Carrier Heat Pump systems and within 2 days a courteous, highly knowledgeable crew of personnel were replacing my system. I also chose to replace ductwork. I am very pleased with the operation of the variable speed 17 l/2 SEER unit. It is very quiet and the heat system responds very quickly providing warm air. The thermostat is so simple to use. Glad I choose Garner Air Conditioning and the Carrier product.
