Max, Ethan and his team were very punctual, thoroughly explained our new system and thermostats, problem solved and were very trustworthy in their work. They took their time, answered all our questions, and communicated with us and our other contractors to get this huge project in our house completed.

In Nov 2018 I was given several options of highly efficient Carrier Heat Pump systems and within 2 days a courteous, highly knowledgeable crew of personnel were replacing my system. I also chose to replace ductwork. I am very pleased with the operation of the variable speed 17 l/2 SEER unit. It is very quiet and the heat system responds very quickly providing warm air. The thermostat is so simple to use. Glad I choose Garner Air Conditioning and the Carrier product.
