Overall good experience. Pretty easy process. The only thing I can suggest is to improve the finance process. We never received an email or any other contact from Service Finance Co. regarding signing the loan agreement. Spencer Air contacted us asking where it was. We had to contact Service Finance asking them to send the signing link. Spencer Air needs to connect with Service Finance and find a solution.

Crew knew exactly what they were doing. Came as a team and materials showed up shortly after they arrived. Crew split into two groups, one condenser R\&R, the other went up into the attic for removal. They then joined together to do the install that included a change over to propane for heat source. As they finished in the attic, one member installed the new t\-stat and showed us how to use it and connect to wi\-fi. Oscar then did a complete walk\-thru to make sure all work was done to our satisfaction. Complete Infinity System 5 ton R\&R done in 3 1/2 hours. As the title says, "As good as it gets"!
