We have only had contact with Shawn (the owner) for repair and replacement recommendations and work performed. He and his crew promptly came to repair our front unit. He pin pointed the issue, repaired and unit has been working fine since. Later, we had him install a new rear unit (which we have had for two weeks now). They did a great job and the new unit is running smoothly. Shawn is very professional and is very knowledgable about his line of work. We would recommend his company.

Fast and good work

When you live in Texas, AC units are among the most important appliances in your house. Maybe you're partial to your fridge or your dishwasher, but for my money, nothing beats good AC for making your house a home. We were fortunate to find Shawn when our first "builder's grade" unit started failing in year 5. Now in year 17, we're replacing that unit again with another high efficiency, multi\-stage, variable speed unit. Comfort is why you spend the extra money, BTW, especially when your house is not built with HVAC efficiency in mind. It's the only way to make some Texas houses livable. This time, we also opted to add a ductless unit for the bonus room. With this company, I feel nothing but satisfaction about our experiences \- not hint of regret. Although, with each replacement, there were multiple estimates, options from different manufacturers, Air Patrol and Carrier were always the best choices. The one time Air Patrol didn't have the best price, the problems we endured with another provider certainly weren't worth the few hundred $ we saved. Shawn (the owner) takes the time to build a relationship with you because, like it or not, you're trusting these companies to make the right choice and install this technology competently. The cost of making a bad choice or installing incorrectly is steep for you and your family. He will educate and answer as many questions as you have without heavy sales pressure. Each time we're used Air Patrol, the crew showed up on time, installed each component (condenser, coil, thermostat) with minimum disruption and mess, then demonstrated the unit's operation, and our house was comfy again in no time, exactly as promised. When a minor snafu happened with the control wiring, Shawn was there within half hour to fix it. They did an excellent job in all respects. I can recommend Air Patrol and Carrier without hesitation.

Air Patrol provided excellent service from the initial diagnosis of my cooling problem , to the installation of two new air conditioners and coils. The initial diagnosis by Mohammed was spot on and contrary to what two other companies had done. Shawn (the owner) took the time to visit with my wife and I to give us a very clear and educative set of options, without being pushy or trying to make a sale. Finally, Kevin, Humberto, and Ramon were a pleasure to have at my house. They installed the equipment over two days. Kevin took the time to listen to my suggestions and requests, and he also offered excellent suggestions and some education. The trio did an excellent job and my house is back to being cool again. In total, I had 3 companies come over to my house to diagnose the problem. One was only interested in me paying additional money for an extensive diagnosis to find out where a leak was coming from after the technician said he could not find the leak. The other wanted to just replace the coil for one of the units. None of these other companies took the time to really diagnose the problem or offer any range of solutions I could choose from for a permanent fix.

We moved to Frisco 2 years ago. We bought a house that was about 10 years old. We started having issues with the A/Cs a year after we moved. Had multiple calls on both A/Cs. I decided to replace them and got estimates from three different companies. Not only did Air Patrol have the best price, they built excellent rapport with me and quickly answered all my questions. They scheduled an installation date, but then found that one component had not been shipped from the factory. Shawn contacted me as soon as he found this and then scheduled a new installation date. The Air Patrol crew showed up, got to work, installed the A/C, demonstrated the new thermostat, and had the whole unit done as they had said they would. They did an excellent job in all respects. I can easily recommend Air Patrol for A/Cs.
