These guys bent over backwards to help when my air system malfunctioned. They did an excellent job of taking care of my old system until it could be replaced with the new system. The new installation was fast and handled professionally. They still understand customer service at this company, and I recommend them to anyone needing their services.

American Air workers were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after they finished. They explained to us everything they were doing. Their supervisor Jade came by to check on them and made sure we were on the job. He also was courteous and professional and knowledgeable. American install our Generac system, Lee and has team worked closely with us to insure the Carrier system would work well with the Generac. Ontime great group of installers came. Put down drop cloths to protect the floors. Highly recommend American Air and Carrier anytime

Jade came out on Friday evening and installation started Wednesday morning by Wednesday afternoon I had a complete unit installed looks great works great excellent job. The crew worked hard to get my units changed out in one day. I would highly recommend using American air systems

When I called mid\-afternoon with and air conditioner that was not cooling, American Air had a technician on site within an hour. He remained at my home well beyond his quitting time to make sure we had air conditioning that night. Unfortunately, another component of our 19 year old system failed the next day and we decided to replace the system. The next business day, American Air's installers returned to our house to install both the inside and outside systems. The inside unit was located in such an inaccessible attic location that I suggested cutting an additional access hole thru the ceiling. Instead, they insisted they would find a way to manhandle the unit into place without damaging my ceiling. And did! I have been in my attic many times and am amazed and impressed hat they were able to make that installation. The technicians thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, to leave a very impressed homeowner with a cool house. Thanks, American Air!

American Air Systems installation Tech's did a fine, neat and professional job. The unit looks like one perfect, professional installation, very clean and neat work. They were very professional and helpful with tips and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend this HVAC service company to my friends.

American Air Systems installed new Carrier slab coil and heater and blower systems to my existing equipment. I could immediately feel the benefits of this equipment after 20 minutes of run time.

American Air Systems replaced my old a/c unit with a new Carrier. The two service technicians were very knowledgeable. They carefully installed the new central a/c in a timely efficient and friendly manner. I highly recommend American Air.

Technicians were not totally familiar with how to configure the product with the internet, etc. but in the end all was done great.
