When installing they mentioned return maybe to small. That was all that was said. Left us with impression that it would be ok. On 6 months check they said return should be increased and cost would be 1600 Dolllars. We felt it should have been discussed and taken care of at the initial install. There has been no follow up on this subject. Other than this problem we were pleased with them.

The new Thermostat did not include a written instruction in the box. When going on\-line to obtain operating instructions, the instructions on\-line were not available or very poorly written. A one page written operating instruction did not exist on\-line either. So, self taught operation appears to be required after paying for a $12,000 heating and a/c system. What a disappointment.
