No problems. Technicians were knowledgeable and professional.

The new Thermostat did not include a written instruction in the box. When going on\-line to obtain operating instructions, the instructions on\-line were not available or very poorly written. A one page written operating instruction did not exist on\-line either. So, self taught operation appears to be required after paying for a $12,000 heating and a/c system. What a disappointment.
